Once the packaging is opened, the pillow naturally expands and cannot be re-compressed
or resold to our standards. We made this choice intentionally so every customer receives a
pillow that has never been used by anyone else — fresh and ready from night one.

a strict no-return policy, we guarantee that every product that reaches you has been handled
with the highest standards of care and has never entered another home.
