When will my order ship?
Your shipping timeline depends on which batch your order falls into. You’ll receive email
updates keeping you informed as your batch ships.

The Product
How do I wash my HugsyTM?
The outer cover is made from Eucalyptus TencelTM — silky-soft, breathable, and naturally
cooling. It’s removable and machine washable. Line dry for best results, or tumble dry on
low. The inner pillow can be spot cleaned as needed.

What is the fill made of?
The HugsyTM is filled with a high-quality polyester fiber chosen for its super-soft, plush feel
and long-lasting loft. The inner cover is brushed microfiber for an extra layer of coziness and
durability.

Can the HugsyTM be used during pregnancy?
Absolutely! The HugsyTM was inspired by pregnancy pillows, but designed to be a more
versatile crescent shape — useful long after pregnancy too. It supports your belly, back,
hips, and knees for side sleeping, lounging, and getting comfortable.

Does it come with a pillowcase?
Yes! Every HugsyTM includes a silky-soft Eucalyptus TencelTM zip cover that’s removable
and machine washable.

Will you have other cover colors?
Currently the HugsyTM comes in White. We’re working on new colors and will announce
them soon — stay tuned!

Delivery & Support
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza. We’re expanding to more areas across Egypt soon
— follow us for updates.

What is your return policy?
Because each HugsyTM is custom-compressed and sealed for hygiene and quality
assurance, we’re unable to accept returns once the item has been received. If your order
hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel at any time by emailing us.
